1. Scope of Services & Operational Role

Welcome to blockconsulting.com. This website, including all public pages, secure client portal environments, and interactive software waitlists (collectively, the "Services"), is owned and operated by Blocks Consulting, Inc. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately discontinue use of the site.

Blocks Consulting, Inc. provides high-level business consulting, enterprise systems implementation, software configuration services, and proprietary platform development. References to OrbisVP™ within our digital properties represent proprietary multi-tenant software architecture, system styling, automated configurations, and trademarked frameworks owned, developed, or managed exclusively by Blocks Consulting, Inc.

 

2. Public Website Use & Master Waitlist Rules

The content, marketing media, text, and software teasers (including the OrbisVP™ master waitlist and beta-testing registration forms) on our public website are provided for informational and prospective lead-generation purposes within the United States. You agree not to copy, scrape, modify, or distribute any media, trademarks, or content from our public web pages without express written permission. Submitting your email to the master OrbisVP™ waitlist does not guarantee entry into beta testing programs or grant an immediate software or regional partition license.

 

3. Client Portal & Implementation Environments

When Blocks Consulting, Inc. provisions a secure portal tenant environment, database partition, or digital dashboard for your business (whether utilizing our proprietary OrbisVP™ frameworks or configuring external white-labeled systems), the following operational rules apply:

  • Account Security: Authorized users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal passwords and account access. You assume liability for all activities occurring under your credentials.

  • Acceptable Use & Anti-Circumvention: You explicitly agree not to attempt to breach portal security, upload malicious code, reverse-engineer our proprietary setups, manipulate underlying database fields, or sub-license platform access to unauthorized third parties.

  • Media Uploads: When uploading any files, photos, or data to our systems, you are strictly prohibited from submitting material that is illegal, defamatory, invasive of third-party privacy, or infringing upon copyrights. Blocks Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to remove any user-uploaded files that violate these terms.

  • Administrative Logs: Project tracking tools, workflow modules, and data repositories provided within the portal are for the administrative convenience of active clients and remain subject to the terms of your specific corporate consulting agreement.

 

4. Intellectual Property Protection & Subdomain Sovereignty

All software architecture, configuration layouts, master database schemas, visual dashboard mechanics, automated workflows, design elements, and trademarks associated with Blocks Consulting, Inc. and OrbisVP™ are protected exclusively by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

Blocks Consulting, Inc. maintains sole and exclusive ownership over the entire multi-tenant subdomain architecture associated with orbisvp.com and its sub-partitions (*.orbisvp.com). Provisioning, configuring, or licensing a regional subdomain partition (e.g., blockspm.orbisvp.com or future partner sites) to a field service handler, referral partner, or business entity does not transfer any right, title, or intellectual property ownership of our underlying software framework. No ownership rights, copyrights, or transfer of underlying technology are granted to you through the general use of this website or portal environment.

 

5. Third-Party Software & Infrastructure

As part of our consulting operations, we frequently recommend, deploy, or build upon third-party software applications, hosting providers, infrastructure vendors, and cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms. You acknowledge and agree that Blocks Consulting, Inc. does not own or operate these external underlying platforms. Your use of any built-in third-party infrastructure remains subject to the operational uptime, independent terms, and licensing boundaries of those specific providers.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL DIGITAL PROPERTIES, PORTALS, DATA STRUCTURES, AND SOFTWARE WAITLISTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BLOCKS CONSULTING, INC. AND ITS TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORMS WILL BE 100% ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR TEMPORARY SERVER OUTAGES, DATA TRANSMISSION DELAYS, SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS, OR ERRORS IN INFORMATIONAL CONTENT.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blocks Consulting, Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, our portals, or any third-party systems we help implement—whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blocks Consulting, Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms of Service or your unauthorized use of our secure portal environments.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Michigan.
